Amarillo Police Department officers are actively searching for 73-year-old Melvin Jameson. Melvin is described as being 5’9” tall and weighing 140lbs. He has white/gray hair and beard. Melvin left the 8100 block of Bluebonnet around 5:00 PM in a red 2002 Ford Ranger with Texas license plate# MZM9061. Melvin was last seen wearing black hat, black shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. He has been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer’s and is believed to be in danger.
