* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 427 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Areas around the city of Marble have seen over 6 inches of rain overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Andrews, Murphy and Marble. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
