Flow Test - 7/21/22 - Corner of Main Street & Elm Street. Beginning at 9pm. 
The City of Oneonta Department of Public Works will be conducting
a flow test tonight, Thursday, July 21, 2022 starting around 9:00 p.m. at the corner of Main Street and Elm Street. Testing is expected to take a half hour.
