* IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from last nights storms to drain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 AM EDT, Runoff from 8 inches of rain that occurred last night near Marble will continue to cause flooding issues today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Andrews, Murphy and Marble. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
