Red Flag Warning until 10:00PM Friday 
The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 10 PM PDT Friday.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 597.
* WIND...Sustained north winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Minimum humidity of 10 to 15 percent.
* HIGHEST THREAT... Interstate 5 through Lebec, Fort Tejon Pass and immediate surrounding area.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT TEJON

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
