INCIDENT: PC 288(a)- Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child
LOCATION: 14000 block of Annandale Lane, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT(S): Albert Trujillo, 55-year-old resident of Upland

SUMMARY:
In March 2022, detectives from the Rancho Cucamonga Station began an investigation after a victim came forward and reported she was sexually molested by Albert Trujillo, between 2002 to 2008. The incidents of molestation occurred at Trujillo's then residence in the city of Lakewood, and at a residence in the city of Rancho Cucamonga.
On July 20, 2022, at the conclusion of the investigation, detectives located and arrested Trujillo for PC 288(a) - Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child. Deputies booked Trujillo in at the West Valley Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of $350,000 bail.
