The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northeastern Jasper County in east central Mississippi... Southeastern Newton County in east central Mississippi... Clarke County in east central Mississippi... Lauderdale County in east central Mississippi...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 916 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Marion to near Kinterbish, moving southwest at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near... Marion around 920 PM CDT. Meridian and Nellieburg around 935 PM CDT. Snell and Zero around 940 PM CDT. Savoy, Meehan and Sable around 950 PM CDT. Sykes around 955 PM CDT. Stonewall and Crandall around 1005 PM CDT. Orange and Rose Hill around 1015 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Chunky and Hickory.
