Due to an emergency repair the electric service in the 600 & 700 block of Landis Avenue will be undergoing an upgrade which will cause an outage from 11 pm Saturday July 23rd until 9 am Sunday July 24th . This will also affect parts of Wood & Elmer Streets in those blocks as well. (These are anticipated hours.)
This upgrade is intended to correct the recent issues we’ve experienced in those blocks over the past 2 weeks.

Residential tenants need to be aware of the high heat indexes and make arrangements to stay cool and find an alternate location for the duration of the outage.

There will be a cooling center set up in the gymnasium of Sabater
 School on 6^th Street entrance.
