ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Lydia Mendoza Alvarez. She is an 80 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen on July 19, 2022 at 8:00 p.m., at Garvey Park on the 7900 block of Emerson Place in the city of Rosemead.
Lydia is 5’04”, 135lbs with brown eyes and grey hair and walks with a hunchback. She was last seen wearing red thin frame prescription glasses stripped peach/white shirt, camo pants and dark shoes
Ms. Alvarez has early signs of dementia.
Her family is concerned for her well-being and we are asking for the public’s help.
