* WHERE...Portions of central Illinois and east central Illinois, including the following areas, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east central Illinois, Ford.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 225 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - These storms are expected to continue to produce rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches per hour as they move through the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pontiac, Fairbury, Gibson City, Chatsworth, Forrest, Melvin, Elliott, Sibley and Strawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
