* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast New Mexico, including the following counties, in north central New Mexico, Rio Arriba and Taos. In northeast New Mexico, Mora and San Miguel.

* WHEN...Until 345 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1243 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tres Ritos. - This includes the following recreation areas... Agua Piedra Campground, Comales Campground, Duran Canyon Campground, Iron Gate Campground, Santa Barbara Campground, Upper La Junta Campground, Sipapu Ski Area and Flechado Picnic Area.
