* At 157 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Alliance, or 12 miles west of Salem, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.
* Locations impacted include... New Castle, Salem, East Liverpool, Columbiana, East Palestine, Wellsville, Calcutta, Minerva, Ohioville, Lisbon, Midland, and Chester.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARROLL, OH ... COLUMBIANA, OH ... BEAVER, PA ... LAWRENCE, PA ... MERCER, PA ... HANCOCK, WV
