Street Dept Crews began road construction on E Ragland Ave b/t S 10^th St & S 11^th St this morning at 7:30 AM.
 
E Ragland Ave b/t S 10^th St  & S 11^th St will be closed to thru traffic during the day for several weeks while this construction is taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that City Crews are working diligently to reopen the area(s)/road(s) as soon as possible.
