1. Weapon Arrest (1105) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a check out of the suspect, and a search revealed he was in possession of a firearm and narcotics. The suspect fled on foot and was arrested after a short foot pursuit. ARRESTED: James Cook, 23, for weapons, narcotics charges, and resisting arrest.
 
2. Resisting Arrest (1215) 00 Block of East Harding Way, Civic District
Officers investigating a traffic collision observed a driver involved attempt to walk away from the collision. The suspect pulled away, injuring an officer in the process. ARRESTED: Teresa Mendoza-Zanini, 50, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and traffic warrants.
