* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southern California, including the following county, Riverside.
* WHEN...Until 145 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 740 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding along California Highway 95. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - California Highway 95 is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
