* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 859 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lewisburg, White Sulphur Springs, Ronceverte, Rainelle, Rupert, Quinwood and Renick. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
