1. Weapon Arrest (1457) Wilson Way and Flora Street, Park District
Officers conducted a traffic stop and the suspects were found to be in possession of a firearm. ARRESTED: Jamal Gaines, 23, and Malajanay Henson, 21, for weapons charges and child endangerment.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1630) 00 Block of South American Street, Civic District
The male victim, 55, was in an argument with the suspect when the suspect stuck the victim with his vehicle. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined any medical treatment. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Robbery (2309) 400 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 59, was assaulted by the suspect, who then took the victim’s property. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. There is no suspect information.
