The Flood Warning will expire at 115 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in southwest Virginia, Bland, Giles, Pulaski and Tazewell. In southeast West Virginia, Mercer. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
