INCIDENT: PC 273.5(a) Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Michael Flurry, 60-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at approximately 12:40 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of an assault. Through investigation, it was determined Michael Flurry assaulted the victim with a glass object causing injury.
Suspect Flurry was consequently arrested for PC 273.5(a), Felony Spousal Abuse. Flurry was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
