7:39 AM: Officer Torres made contact and arrested a 38-year old male out of Fremont in the area of Milani Ave and Cedar Blvd for restricted driver operating a vehicle without an interlock device and driving with a license suspended for DUI. He was cited and released. The vehicle was towed.
2:06 PM: Officer Torres investigated a theft in the 8000 block of Enterprise Dr. Loss was approximately $40,000 worth of tools and equipment.
3:14 PM: Officer Jackman investigated a burglary to a vehicle in the area of Newark Blvd and Jarvis Ave. Entry was made via smashed window. Loss is a lunch bag.
6:47 PM: Officer San Pedro investigated a burglary in the 5000 block of Jarvis Ave. Loss was laptops and blank checks.

5:23 AM: Officer Pacheco responded to a report of an interrupted burglary in the 5000 block of John Muir Dr. While responding, the incident was upgraded to an assault with a deadly weapon with one suspect leaving in a vehicle. Officers arrived and initiated a high-risk stop on the vehicle. Officers made contact and arrested a 58-year old male out of Fremont for burglary and an outstanding warrant for trespassing. The second subject, a 46-year old male out of Fremont, was located nearby and arrested for burglary. Both were booked at Santa Rita Jail.
11:59 AM: Officer Kapu responded to a report of a theft in the area of Willow St and Enterprise Dr. Officer Kapu made contact and arrested a 41-year old male out of Newark for an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

7:02 AM: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 5000 block of Thornton Ave. Officers made contact and arrested a 32-year old male for an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
9:07 AM: Officer Piquette made contact and arrested a 42-year old female out of Newark in the 36000 block of Newark Blvd for an outstanding warrant. She was cited and released.
11:13 AM: Officers made contact and arrested a 59-year old male out of Newark in the 36000 block of Buckeye St for trespassing. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

11:10 AM: Officers responded to a report of a possible DUI driver in the area of Port Sailwood Dr and Darvon St. Officers made contact with a 61-year old female out of Newark. During the initial contact, the subject vehicle rolled back and collided into the patrol vehicle. The subject was arrested for DUI and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

2:35 PM: Officers responded to a report of an unwanted guest in the 39000 block of Cedar Blvd. Officer Adami made contact and arrested a 28-year old male for an outstanding warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.

12:52 AM: Officer Herrera located a subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the 5000 block of Stevenson Blvd. Officers made contact and arrested a 24-year old male out of Alameda for DUI. He was ultimately booked at Santa Rita Jail.
9:17 AM: Officer Jackman investigated a theft of a vehicle that occurred overnight in the 38000 block of Rockrose Ct. On 7/12/22 the vehicle was recovered in Oakland.
9:30 AM: Officer Rivera located a stolen vehicle in the 35000 block of Bettencourt St. The registered owner responded and recovered the vehicle.
12:34 PM: Officer Adami made a traffic enforcement stop in the 5000 block of Newpark Mall Rd. Officer Adami made contact and arrested a 30-year old male out of Newark for DUI. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

10:44 AM: Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 5000 block of Central Ave. Officers made contact with a 40-year old female for two outstanding warrants. While the subject was being taken into custody, the subject battered NPD personnel. The subject was ultimately arrested for the outstanding warrant and battery on a peace officer. She was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
8:25 PM: Officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 36000 block of Buckeye St. Officers made contact and arrested a 59-year old male for battery and trespassing. She was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
