* Portions of Virginia and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, in Virginia, Alleghany VA, Bath, Bland, and Giles. In southeast West Virginia, Eastern Greenbrier, Monroe, Summers, and Western Greenbrier.

* Until 7 AM EDT This Morning

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from recent heavy rainfall may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low- lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. - Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
