Flood Advisory until 04:00AM

* WHAT...Small stream and wash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southern California, including the following county, Riverside.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 107 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Midland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
