SUMMARY:
On Thursday, July 28, 2022, Twin Peaks Station deputies conducted an elder abuse investigation in the 22000 block of Juniper Lane, Valley of Enchantment. During the investigation, deputies determined that over the course of a year, Christina Reynolds-Whiteaker, who lived with an elderly family member, fraudulently cashed multiple checks against the family member’s personal account. Additionally, living conditions in the home were found to be a danger to the well-being of the family member.
Reynolds-Whiteaker was arrested for P.C. 368(D)(1): Theft from a Dependent or Elderly Adult, P.C. 386(C): Cruelty to an Elder or Dependent Adult, and P.C. 470(D): Forgery. She was booked at the West Valley Detention Center in lieu of $75,000 bail.
