The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM MDT this evening.
* THUNDERSTORMS...Becoming scattered by mid afternoon.
* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected in the vicinity of any thunderstorms.
* AFFECTED AREAS: OWYHEE MOUNTAINS ... SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
