ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Joseph Dwain Victorian. He is a 27 year-old male Black who was last seen on the 4300 block of West Avenue L-8 in the city of Quartz Hill, on Friday, July 29, 2022.
Joseph is 6’00”, 185lbs with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt black pants and grey shoes.
Mr. Victorian is diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
There is concern for his well-being and we are asking for the public’s help.
