| Narrative: |
A local man was shot Saturday night during a confrontation at a residence in the Sunset Hills area of Thousand Oaks. The shooting took place in the 1300-block of Calle Fidelidad, where the 51-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. The other people involved in the incident remained at the scene and were detained by deputies, who began an investigation.
Detectives have conducted multiple interviews and are actively following up on evidence in this case. Although all of the parties involved were contacted at the scene, no arrests have yet been made.
