* WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, Dolores.
* WHEN...Until 445 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 340 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rico.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DOLORES, CO
