Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Carlos Palacios. He is a 59 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on July 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. on the 3800 block of Lemsford Avenue in Palmdale.
Carlos is 5’6” tall, 220 lbs, short grey slicked back hair with brown eyes, and a missing left ring finger. Carlos is last seen wearing black shorts.
Mr. Palacios drives a black 2003 Ford Ranger truck with California license plate “29098W1”.
Carlos is diabetic and known to use drugs and alcohol.
Mr. Palacios is known to frequent trailer parks.
His family is concerned with his well-being and asking for the public’s help.
