Reminder to Join Us Tonight from 6pm to 9pm at Rowland Park For National Night Out
National Night Out Aug. 2nd - Rowland Park
Come join one of the largest annual community events in South Brunswick this Tuesday at “National Night Out”. The South Brunswick Police Department will once again hold the annual community gathering and celebration on Tuesday, August 2nd at beautiful Rowland Park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The park is located on Broadway Road near Rowland Road. The event will have hot dogs, soda, chips, ice cream, popcorn, rides, attractions, giveaways - and it’s all FREE.
"This is a special night that highlights our unique partnership with the community," said South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka. It has been three years since the last event was held due to the pandemic. South Brunswick's National Night Out typically draws thousands of residents and is annually recognized as being one of the best National Nights Out celebrations in New Jersey. “Each year other chiefs will ask me how we get so many people to come out. I tell them our crowds reflect the heart of who our community is - great people, willing to get involved and make a difference,” said Hayducka.
The event will have representation from Township fire departments, first aid squads, and community groups. The South Brunswick Township Municipal Alliance will once again be sponsoring their Community Unity Pavilion at National Night Out with displays from many local community-oriented organizations.
