On Thursday, July 27, 2022 at approximately 0205 hours, Readington Township Police located a vehicle parked in the lane of travel on Rt. 523 (Flatwoods Section). The vehicle was occupied by Justin Woske (33) of High Bridge, NJ. During the investigation the officers detected to odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Woske. Woske failed the SFST and he was arrested for DWI. During the processing portion of the arrest, Woske threw bodily fluid at the officers. Woske was charged with DWI, Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, Refusal of DWI, Obstruction of Justice and Throwing Bodily Fluids. Woske was lodged at the Warren County Jail, pending a future court appearance.  The filing of charges is a merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
