On Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, at approximately 12:36 PM, Union City Police Department officers were dispatched to the area of 8
th Street and H Street for a just occurred shooting.
Upon arrival, the officers learned that a male victim (44 years old) was shot once in the leg. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Three suspects were later taken into custody in the City of Oakland. UCPD Detectives responded and took over this investigation.
