On Wednesday, August 03, 2022 at approximately 0913 hours, the owner of a local business contacted the Readington Police to file a theft report of biodiesel.  Upon the arrival of patrol, a description of the actor was given. Patrol located the suspected behind a business on Rt. 22 stealing additional biodiesel.  The suspect was identified as Frandsen Clervoyant (40) from Irvington, NJ.  Clervoyant was arrested and charged with theft of moveable property. Clervoyant was released from police custody pending a future court appearance. The filing of charges is a merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
