* At 738 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles north of Clarkesville, or near Lake Rabun, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Tiger, Tallulah Falls, Lake Rabun, Lake Burton, Lakemont, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Batesville, Seed Lake, Turnerville and Clayton.
