* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County in southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Eagle Branch, Laurel Creek, Fisher Creek, Burdette Creek, Joe Knob Branch, Beech Run, Cold Knob Fork, Beaver Creek, Dry Run, Fitzwater Branch, Boggs Creek, Kitchen Creek, Improvement Branch, Big Clear Creek and Elijah Branch. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
