* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of north central New Mexico, including the following counties, Rio Arriba and Santa Fe.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 302 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving slowly east to northeast along State Road 30 between San Ildefonso Pueblo, Santa Clara Pueblo, and Espanola. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Espanola, Santa Clara Pueblo, Sombrillo and San Ildefonso Pueblo. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
