* WHERE...Portions of central New Jersey...and southern New Jersey... including the following counties...in central New Jersey... Monmouth. In southern New Jersey...Ocean.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional amounts up to 1 inch are possible within the next hour. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Lakewood, Ramtown, Allenwood, and Brielle. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 30 and 34.
