* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following county, York.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 753 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... York, Parkville, Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, Shiloh, East York, Stonybrook-Wilshire, West York, Shrewsbury, Codorus, Grantley, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, Valley View, Spring Grove, Stewartstown, Glen Rock, North York, Yorklyn and Jacobus. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
