* Locations impacted include... York, Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, East York, Stonybrook-Wilshire, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, Hallam, Wrightsville, Yorklyn, Windsor and Yoe. This includes Interstate 83 from mile markers 15 to 19.
* AFFECTED AREAS: YORK, PA
