DUI suspect arrested after colliding with several vehicle.

On Friday, August 5th, 2022, at approximately 9:28 PM, a motorist was driving westbound on Lakeville Hwy (SR-116).  They observed a vehicle approaching at a high rate of speed and collide with the vehicle directly behind them.   The vehicle that was struck pulled off onto the shoulder of the road near Browns Lane. The suspect vehicle passed the witnesses vehicle over the double yellow lines and continued west on Lakeville.  The vehicle then struck a second vehicle on Lakeville at Frates Road.  That vehicle also pulled over to avoid further collisions.  The suspect continued and struck a parked vehicle on Lakeville at South McDowell and a fourth vehicle that was parked on Casa Grande Road at South McDowell Blvd.   After striking the fourth vehicle, three occupants fled the vehicle.  The witness reported the driver was a female, who discarded clothing as they fled the scene on foot.  Officers located the driver, Suspect Kaytlyn Kiley on Filippini Way, near Crinella Drive.  The driver appeared intoxicated and had sustained minor injuries from the traffic collisions.   Suspect Kiley was transported to Petaluma Valley Hospital.   The two other occupants of the vehicle were unable to be located.   Inside Kiley’s vehicle, three illegal narcotics were located.  Suspect Kiley was released on a citation to appear in court due to being admitted at the hospital.  Officers were also unable to locate the vehicle that was struck near Browns Lane.  If anyone witnessed the collisions, please contact Traffic Officer Dave Hutchinson at 707-778-4372.                                                    
 
As a result of the investigation, Kiley was believed to be under the influence of narcotics and alcohol. Kiley was arrested for Driving under Influence, Hit and Run and Possession of a Narcotic.
