* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.3 inches are expected over the area.
