Power Out in South end of Moraga 
The power is currently out in the south end of Moraga. PGE estimates restoral by 5:00 p.m. Traffic signals in the area may be out. Remember that when traffic signals are out, drivers should treat the intersection as a 4-way stop...as if all streets have a stop sign.
Please reduce your speeds and drive safely.
Keep your refrigerator and freezer closed so that they retain their colder temperatures.
