Storms with heavy rain will march east across the area through late evening. 1 to 2" per hour rainfall rates will accompany the storms, resulting in localized street and other urban flooding. Additionally, a few storms could produce wind gusts upwards 45 mph. After this round of heavy rain, additional rounds are likely overnight. Several more inches of heavy rain are expected, with an increased risk for widespread flash flooding. If you are camping or have other late night, outdoor activities...have a plan in place to seek higher ground should flooding occur at your location.
