* IMPACTS...Rapid rises in creeks and small streams. Flooding of roadways. Flooding of underpasses. Inundation of low-lying, poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall continue over portions of north central and northeast Illinois.
