Flood Advisory until 10:30PM Monday 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 718 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, Dresden, South Fulton, Dyer, Greenfield, Kenton, Rutherford, Bradford, Sharon, Rives, Sidonia, Kimery, Ralston, Mount Pelia, Gardner, Terrell, Hyndsver, Good Luck and McConnell. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
