* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Carroll, Henry and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 732 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paris, McKenzie, Dresden, Gleason, Cottage Grove, Routon, Palmersville, Latham, Henry, Como, Ore Springs, Osage, Matheny Grove, Sandhill, Jones Mill, Whitlock, Hico, Pillowville, Mill Creek and Brundige. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
