The male victim, 34, was driving in the listed area when the suspect’s vehicle pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle. One of the occupants fired two shots at the victim. The victim’s vehicle was struck twice, but the victim was uninjured. SUSPECTS: Four Black male adults.
