Richmond Police Department Press Release

On August 9, 2022, at 3:28 PM the Richmond Police Department responded to a report of a male subject threatening to shoot people with a gun in the parking lot of The Kensington Manor Apartment Complex.  Richmond Officers quickly arrived on scene, and checked the area. No immediate threat was identified.

This incident appears to be an isolated event, and no immediate threat to the general public has been identified. This incident remains under investigation by the Richmond Police Department.

Citizens are encouraged to report all suspicious activity by calling 911 immediately.
