* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow-moving front will gradually approach the area from the north, leading to numerous showers and thunderstorms today. With continually saturated soils and potential for locally heavy/repeated rainfall, isolated to scattered flash flooding are of concern.
