The Carlstadt Office of Emergency Management is looking for resident volunteers for our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). These volunteers would assist the Office of Emergency Management and its team members in various functions during times of emergencies. NO CERT MEMBER WILL EVER BE PUT INTO A DANGEROUS POSITION. More often than not CERT members will operate in a support role. Required training will be provided. Please see the attached flyer for a listing of the upcoming classes.
If you would like to volunteer or would like more information, please contact the Office of Emergency Management at 201-362-1942. Please note that if you sign up for the classes without contacting the Carlstadt Office of Emergency Management, you will be responsible for any costs.
