Flood Advisory until 05:15PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parish, St. Tammany.

* WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 211 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Abita Springs is central St. Tammany Parish - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: ST. TAMMANY, LA
